Dana Pardaz Co. — Product Manager
Served as Product Quality Assurance Manager, leading teams focused on DevOps, software analysis, and testing. Contributed to the development, testing, and release of CRM, ticketing, ITIL, and monitoring products including Dana Pro, Dana CRM, Dana Desk, and Bina Monitoring System, with cloud-based service deployment initiatives.
